Our continued success depends on it.\nAP IV Job Description\nPosition Overview\nThe role will provide support to process supplier invoices in the purchase ledger control including coordination, coding and processing of invoices, reconciliations and payment runs for all North America based entities. Will also do other AP activities that are not limited to the ones listed above, like Audits request, etc.\nResponsibilities\nThe following represents the primary responsibilities of the position. Other duties may be assigned as needed\nProcessing supplier invoices in the subledger Accounts Payable, checking nominal codes, exchange rates etc. against purchase orders\nPreparing weekly payment runs for each office in various currencies.\nResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.\nCorrespond with suppliers and respond to inquiries within specified time frame.\nAssist with month end closing of the AP Ledger and A/P Balance sheet reconciliations.\nRebates Processing\nAudit requests\nAssist and respond to A/P Tickets through AskAP\nKey Decision Rights\nEscalation and Audit\nPerform activities and tasks per job profile and experience.\nRequired Leadership/Interpersonal Skills & Behaviors\norganization and attention to detail.\nStrong data entry and communication skills.\ninterpersonal skills.\nCross-functional collaboration and multicultural awareness.\nAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and demanding global environment.\nAbility to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nStrong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities\nExcellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to accommodate different situations and\ncommunication and analytical skills.\nDeadline oriented with attention to detail.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nAbility to handle multiple projects.\nTeam player.\nSap S4/Hanna knowledge a plus\nAccounting knowledge with Balance sheet accounts and reconciliations\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Administration, or any Business related\nAccounting experience on AP reconciliations\nAP position experience\nAt least 2 years of previous experience in Accounts Payable a plus\nMust have strong attention to detail\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)\nEnglish proficiency required.\nAdditional Information\nThe position is hybrid work at our Guadalajara Office.\n• Minimal travel required\n\nInsulet started in 2000 with an idea and a mission to enable our customers to enjoy simplicity, freedom and healthier lives through the use of our Omnipod® product platform.
