Job Summary
The Manager, Global People Analytics owns Insulet’s People Analytics function and plays a critical role within the Global HR Technology team. This leader drives data-informed talent decisions by managing analytics priorities, aligning resources to strategic business needs, and expanding workforce insights capabilities. Partnering closely with HR and business leaders, they deliver predictive and actionable insights across the employee lifecycle, influencing talent strategy, organizational growth, and workforce planning on a global scale.The Manager, Global people analytics is a key player of Insulet'sGlobal HR Technology team and serves as the owner of Insulet’sPeople Analytics function.
You will be a key player in shaping data-driven talent decisions at Insulet.You will leadteam intake, prioritization, and delivery, ensuring resources are aligned to strategic priorities while building capabilities that expand access to meaningful workforce insights.Youwillpartner closely with People leaders and cross-functional teams to drive predictive, actionable insights across the employee lifecycle. Your ability to frame, guide, and communicate recommendations will directly influence how we build, scale, and support our global teams.
What You’llDo
- Act as a strategic partner to senior People leaders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape workforce decisions and drive confident, actionable recommendations.
- Lead exploratory and predictive analyses to anticipatetalent trends, uncover emerging risks, and inform forward-looking strategies.
- Equip leaders to navigate tradeoffs, assess risks, and understand likely outcomesto drive confident, data-backed decisions.
- Design, evolve, and maintaindecision-oriented dashboards that highlight key peoplemetrics used across the business.
- Collaborate with People Tech and data teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of peopledata across systems like Workday, survey platforms, and planning tools.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in peopleanalytics, data analytics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics.
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills; proficiencyinPower BI or Visier. Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong communicationskills, with the ability to tailor insights to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and shape strategy through data storytelling and insight framing.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and guiding stakeholders through tradeoffs and risk evaluation.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, data-rich environments.

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $125,900.00 - $188,825.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
