Education and Experience:\nBachelors of Science in Engineering discipline and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum Requirements:\n3-5 years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment is required.\nExperience in the medical device industry is preferred. Preferred Skills and Competencies:\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to organize and judge priorities.\nAbility to generate and maintain accurate records.\nAbility to work well in a team environment with the ability to take personal ownership of projects as needed.\nManufacturing process knowledge (Injection Molding, Metal Stamping/forming, PCB manufacture, Manual and automated assembly, decorating, extrusion and ultrasonic welding) a plus.\nStrong computer skills; MS Office / MS Project / Statgraphics.\nCAD (ProEngineer / Solidworks) experience desirable.
