Operational Excellence Manager

Are you passionate about Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and leading transformational change? We are seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead site-wide continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, increase capacity, improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and reduce costs across our manufacturing operations.

In this high-impact role, you'll partner with leaders across the organization to identify improvement opportunities, lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, facilitate Kaizen events, and develop a culture of operational excellence. What You'll Do

· Lead and execute strategic continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational departments.

· Drive Lean Manufacturing practices, including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S/6S, PDCA, and DMAIC methodologies.

· Develop, implement, and sustain standard work processes that improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.

· Identify and deliver operational improvements that increase capacity, improve OEE, and reduce manufacturing costs.

· Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving efforts and project teams to achieve business objectives.

· Analyze processes and recommend improvements to plant layout, equipment, workflow, and operational practices.

· Track, report, and communicate progress of continuous improvement initiatives to leadership.

· Mentor and coach employees in Lean Six Sigma principles.

· Partner with department leaders to align improvement initiatives with operational goals and priorities.

· Manage continuous improvement project budgets while ensuring minimal disruption to production objectives.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

· 3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.

· Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

· Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

· Knowledge of U.S. and international medical device and drug delivery regulations.

· Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries.

· Working knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.

· Ability to effectively influence and present to all levels of an organization.

· Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

· Working knowledge of SolidWorks.

· Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing environment.

Additional Requirements

· Ability to stand and walk for up to 75% of the workday.

· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Additional Information:

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $90,500.00 - $135,800.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
