If you enjoy shaping your own path while guiding others, you’ll fit right in. .\nResponsibilities\nLead development efforts across the full stack of Drupal 10/11, including custom modules, theming, and integrations. \nDrive technical design and architecture decisions for complex web solutions. \nMentor and coach junior developers; promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. \nCollaborate with QA, product owners, designers, and IT leaders to ensure secure, high-quality deliverables. \nOversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure compliance with security and accessibility requirements. \nContribute to Agile ceremonies and help shape sprint planning and release strategies. \nDevelop and maintain automation tools for testing, deployment, and monitoring. \nAssess the impact of proposed changes, recommend alternatives, and perform risk analysis. \nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders on project status, risks, and priorities using Jira and Confluence. \nStay current with emerging technologies and advocate for tools that improve efficiency and scalability. \nChampion a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. \nEducation and Experience\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). \n5-7 years of professional experience as a Drupal developer, preferably in a senior or lead role. \nStrong proficiency in Drupal 9/10 APIs, PHP 8.x, Twig, HTML/CSS/SASS, and JavaScript. \nSolid debugging skills and experience with responsive web development. \nFamiliarity with GitHub/Bitbucket, branching strategies, and code review workflows. \nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. \nPreferred Skills and Competencies\nDeep experience with Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. \nFamiliarity with Mulesoft and enterprise integration patterns \nExperience with Acquia hosting platform and Acquia Certified Developer (or higher). \nStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and performance optimization. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to document processes and technical knowledge clearly. \nPositive, results-driven, logical thinker with strong organizational skills. \nAbility to lead technical discussions and influence cross-functional decisions. \nGrowth & Culture\nOpportunity to shape technical strategy, mentor others, and lead complex projects. \nA team culture built on trust, ownership, and distributed leadership. \nWork Arrangement\nHybrid position; in-office schedule determined by your manager. \nPhysical Requirements\nGeneral office environment; may sit for extended periods. \nInsulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD), headquartered in Massachusetts, is an innovative medical device company dedicated to simplifying life for people with diabetes and other conditions through its Omnipod product platform.
