You'll lead and develop IQA inspectors, troubleshoot quality issues, support compliance initiatives, and work with advanced inspection and measurement equipment while contributing to continuous improvement and product quality in a growing medical device operation.\n\nPosition Overview:\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IQA inspectors in managing the inspection of incoming materials to support Insulet Acton manufacturing.\nResponsibilities:\n· Manage and coach a team of IQA inspectors focusing on performance, behaviors, product quality, and inspection effectiveness.\n· Document and report status of IQA inspection, shifty, daily, weekly and monthly.\n· Provide timely performance feedback to personnel and responsible for delivering annual performance appraisals.\n· Ensure the compliance of inspection procedures and work instructions, effective inspection and Good Lab Practices (GLP) to enhance product quality.\n· Ensure timely training and on-boarding of new employees.\n· Train and mentor IQA inspectors on the IQA inspection procedures and test equipment skills.\n· Ensures inspection output meets targeted output without compromising quality.\n· Perform first level troubleshooting on IQA issues and escalate issues when necessary.\n· Support quality management processes like raising NCMR, following up SCAR, managing MRB etc and other duties when required.\nRequirements:\n· Minimum Diploma in a related field of study or with a combination of education and experience.\n· 2 - 5 years of on-the-job QA/QC inspection experience in visual inspection, precision measurement instruments and PCBA inspection, preferably in medical device industry.\n· Experience in a start-up production environment is a plus.\n· Familiarity with measuring instrumentation such as CMM, optical gauging, microscopes, micrometers, calipers, feeler gauges, dial indicators, and other measurement/visual tool experience will be preferred.\n· Excellent attention to detail, good organization, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.\n· Experience in GDP (Good Documentation Practices) & legible handwriting\n· Knowledge of GLP (Good Lab Practices) will be a plus.\n· Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.\n· Team player and ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and other employees.\n· Able to perform tasks with accuracy and reliability.\nHours: Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM\nNOTE: This position requires on-site working (requires on-site office/plant/lab work). #LI-Onsite\nAdditional Information:\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\n\nFor U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $73,800.00 - $110,700.00\n\nThis position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.\n\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:\n• Medical, dental, and vision insurance\n• 401(k) with company match\n• Paid time off (PTO)\n• And additional employee wellness programs\n\nApplication Details:\nThis job posting will remain open until the position is filled.\nTo apply, please visit the Insulet Careers site and submit your application online.\n\nActual pay depends on skills, experience, and education.Insulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD), headquartered in Massachusetts, is an innovative medical device company dedicated to simplifying life for people with diabetes and other conditions through its Omnipod product platform.
