Job Summary The T&E Analyst is responsible for processing all invoices received for payment in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. This position will also work closely with other departments, employees and vendors to resolve issues and assist in accounting projects as needed. This position will also work closely with other departments, employees and vendors to resolve issues and assist in accounting projects as needed. Responsibilities: Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks. Distributes signed checks as required. Prepares garnishment checks per reports from payroll. Answers all vendor inquiries. Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files. Assists Corporate Financial Officer, Controller and branch personnel as necessary.
