This individual possess a willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nResponsibilities:\nDelivers training to manufacturing employees, focusing on current procedures, addressing operational gaps, and supporting process improvements.\nMaintain accurate and well-organized training records, tracking employee progress and completion status .\nNotifies superior for discrepancies related to training to ensure highest training standards and safety of operations are always maintained.\nWork closely with cross-functional team to identify, arrange, & coordinate operators for cross-training based on established guideline.\nSchedule On-the-job-training (OJT) based on process priority and manpower needs.\nEnsure operators meet minimum competency before certification.\nIdentify bottlenecks in OJT and training execution and coordinate certification schedule with Supervisor & Engineer.\nLead and coordinate Transcript review with Engineer, Supervisor & Inspectors.\nSupport in uploading and maintaining transcript records in Workday.\nDeliver training on revised procedures and support smooth implementation across teams.\nCollaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance training effectiveness and consistency.\nPlan, allocate, and monitor Operator/Inspector Trainer headcount deployment across production lines to ensure effective training delivery, workload balancing, and operational support.\nCoordinate all SOPs related to Quality Inspections and Quality related procedure, in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).\nDemonstrate strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\nLead and manage cross-functional team initiatives to improve training outcomes from internal and external.\nSupport onboarding and orientation programs for new hires in quality roles.\nEnsure timely completion of inspector/operator training and monitor ongoing employee development.\nPerform any other tasks assigned by the superior.\nEducation and Experience:\nMinimum Requirements:\nDiploma or Bachelor or equivalent experience\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in any related manufacturing industry from Electronic or medical manufacturing industry.\nAbility to present training course material to individuals and groups and to effectively facilitate their learning process\nExperience in On-the-Job Training (OJT) execution, competency assessment and certification processes.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to analyze training gaps, operational issues and performance data.\nAbility to plan, allocate, and optimize operator trainer headcount across production lines to support operational requirements\nMust be able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.\nPreferred Skills and Competencies:\nStrong planning, organization, and multitasking skills\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.\nPrevious experience working in a clean room environment.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing instrumentation such as video microscopes, micrometers, calipers, feeler gauges, dial indicators.\nMechanical Aptitude - Knowledge of and experience with automated machines and tools, including design, uses, repair, and maintenance.\nProduction & Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, measurement instruments, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for the manufacture and distribution of goods.\nProblem Solving - Recognizes problems and understands root cause analysis techniques/concepts.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.\nPhysical Requirements (if applicable):\nRequired to stand for at least 75% of working time per shift, with walking at least 50% of working time per shift.\nRequires sitting for extended periods while working on a computer.\nInsulet started in 2000 with an idea and a mission to enable our customers to enjoy simplicity, freedom and healthier lives through the use of our Omnipod® product platform.
