us maintain and improve our systems and top service.\nIn this position you will:\nDevelop and improve platforms/services for our different verticals (insurancemarket.gr, energy-market.gr, money-market.gr).\nBuild solutions in technologies such as PHP, Go, React.js and Docker.\nUtilize AWS services, Serverless functions, NoSQL DBs and streaming services.\nUse AI-assisted development tools (e.g. coding assistants, AI-powered code review and test generation) in your daily work to ship faster and with higher quality.\nHelp us embed AI and automation into our products and internal processes, from smarter customer journeys to data-driven decision making.\nTeam up with our Product and DevOps engineers to deliver top class experiences.\nExtend your Agile mindset and experience the proper Kanban methodology.\nQualifications for this role include:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent topic\nMinimum 2 years of experience with Go.\nGreat communicator.\nExperience in leading a team\nGood understanding of REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.\nExperience in relational and non-relational persistence technologies (SQL and NoSQL).\nGood grasp of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nKnowledge of git and git-flow.\nExperience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques.\nExperience in designing, building, testing and maintaining modern software applications.\nExperience in applying development best-practices and patterns in relation to security, scalability, and performance.\nA curious, hands-on attitude towards AI: you already use AI tools in your work, and you critically review their output instead of accepting it blindly.\nA keen eye on the future, whilst making sure we’re proactively but pragmatically tackling technical debt.\nGood communication skills, with the ability to communicate issues to technical and non-technical people.\nA good command of the Greek language.\nFulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).\nIt would be a plus to have:\nExperience in contributing to technical decisions and direction in a collaborative team environment, including architecture, estimation, product planning, user story / requirement analysis.\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering, automation workflows or AI agents.\nExperience in design and development
