We are seeking a highly skilled senior software engineer to build mission critical enterprise applications for InSyne clients. The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with deep backend expertise who can design and build mission-critical enterprise applications especially within telecom domain.

Minimum 3+ years of extensive industry experience in enterprise software development.

Expert-level Python development experience, including asynchronous programming.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB/Postgre/Influx/MySQL scalable database design and optimization.

Experience working with message brokers such as Redis, Kafka and RabbitMQ clusters.

Proven expertise in developing REST/GraphQL APIs and integration architectures with 3 party systems

e« Proven experience in ensuring enterprise application security standards & controls

Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex distributed environments.

Understanding and hands-on experiences related to building agentic Al solutions is desired
