However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.\nSalary range (but not limited to):\n43,600 - 53,200About the role\nWe are looking for an Accounting Service Representative to join our growing team!\nThis is a 6-month opportunity, offered as a secondment internally and a contract externally.\nWhat you will accomplish with us:\nAccurately process and verify payments received, reconcile bank deposits, and verify deposit totals.\nPrepare payments for the automated chequing system.\nRecord and post any manual payments in the registered accounting system.\nPrepare, compile, reports, and cheques.\nReview and resolve daily cash reports, correct and adjust journal entries, and process cheque requisition.\nVerify and post banking information, amend payment schedules, and process premium refunds for accounts.\nReconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.\nReview daily cash reports and process cheque requisitions.\nAnalyse and resolve exception payment reports.\nAddress outstanding issues related to payments, disbursements, billing arrangements, payment methods, and account discrepancies.\n What you will bring:\nCollege Diploma or any combination of equivalent education and experience.\nAt least 1 year experience in a similar role.\nPrevious Halcion or Contact Billing experience (asset).\nCan consistently perform at a superior level with respect to both the accuracy and volume of work completed.\nEffective communications skills with an emphasis on customer service.\nStrong computer skills or training with standard office applications including strong data entry skills.\nNo Canadian work experience required, however must be eligible to work in Canada.\n#LI-hybrid\nIl s'agit d'un nouveau rôle au sein de notre équipe en pleine croissance | This role is a new member of our growing team.\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer\nAt Intact, our Value of respect is founded on seeing diversity as a strength.
