However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative I to join our growing team!\nStart date: January 11, 2027\nBilingualism: Fluency in both French and English is required.\nWork location: Montreal office, located at 2020 Robert-Bourassa Boulevard.\nSchedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Day or evening shifts may be required based on operational needs.\nSaturday: Availability may also be required on Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.\nTraining: First two weeks - 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAnswer incoming phone calls and make outgoing calls while providing outstanding customer service.\nAnswer customers’ questions and make adjustments to their accounts.\nPromote self-service by assisting and guiding customers through the various tools available online or through the mobile app.\nSend documents or copies of policies to customers.\nAddress various customer needs, including answering general inquiries, processing reinstatements following cancellations, and resolving customer issues.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nAt least six months of experience.\nDemonstrated proficiency with computer systems and Apple and Android applications.\nExperience in a call-centre environment is an asset.\nStrong communication skills, along with autonomy and enthusiasm.\nGood computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and other applications.\nBilingualism in French and English - requires answering calls and providing service to English-speaking customers on a regular basis.\nNo Canadian work experience required; however, candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.\nIl s'agit d'un nouveau rôle au sein de notre équipe en pleine croissance | This role is a new member of our growing team.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer\nAt Intact, our Value of respect is founded on seeing diversity as a strength.
