However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.\nAbout the role\nWe're looking for a Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience joining the Creative & Brand Studio. This role is ideal for a talented designer who enjoys creating engaging digital communications and customer experiences across email, marketing, and communication channels. You'll work closely with copywriters, project managers, developers, marketers, and brand partners to deliver high-quality creative work that supports business objectives and strengthens our brands.\nThe successful candidate combines strong visual design skills with solid page layout expertise, an understanding of UX best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers to ensure smooth implementation of creative assets. This role is primarily focused on email marketing, digital communications, and customer-facing communication experiences.\n\nWhat you’ll do here:\nDesign and produce email communications, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.\nAdapt visual content across multiple brands, audiences, devices, and communication channels.\nTransform briefs into effective and visually engaging design solutions.\nApply user experience best practices to email and digital communication projects.\nDesign layouts that improve clarity, usability, and engagement.\nConsider customer journeys and user behaviors when developing design solutions.\nHelp maintain consistency across digital experiences and communication touchpoints.\nPrepare production-ready designs and assets for implementation.\nCollaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate translation of design concepts into final products.\nCommunicate layout specifications, responsive behaviours, and design requirements.\nApply brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.\nContribute to the organization, maintenance, and governance of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.\nWhat you bring to the table:\n3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, digital communications, marketing, or related field.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating email design, digital communications, and marketing projects.\nAdvanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.\nStrong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.\nKnowledge of UX principles and digital user behaviors.\nExperience collaborating with developers and preparing files for handoff.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.\nFor candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.\nExperience designing responsive email campaigns.\nExperience with Salesforce Marketing\nBasic understanding of HTML/CSS and email development constraints.\nExperience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, including asset organization, metadata, and governance.\nKnowledge of accessibility standards for digital communications.\nExperience working in a multi-brand environment.\nNo Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.\nIl s'agit d'un nouveau rôle au sein de notre équipe en pleine croissance | This role is a new member of our growing team.\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer\nAt Intact, our Value of respect is founded on seeing diversity as a strength.
