However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.\nAbout the role\nThe SRE & Operational Intelligence team designs and implements practices and platforms that improve the reliability and performance of our on-premises and cloud applications, services, and infrastructure for our customers and users.\nWithin this team, we are seeking an Observability / DevOps Advisor who will support Intact’s support, operations, and development teams in fully leveraging our solutions and expertise, while helping evolve our ecosystem.\nWhat you'll do here:\nSupport teams during production incidents and help prevent future incidents by leveraging our observability platforms and industry best practices;\nOnboard new teams, applications, services, and infrastructure components onto our observability and SRE platforms, with a strong focus on CI/CD pipelines and the use of artificial intelligence;\nEnhance our observability platforms, tools, pipelines, practices, documentation, training materials, and our use of artificial intelligence.\nWhat you bring to the table:\nAt least 5 years of experience in a developer, DevOps, and/or observability role;\nStrong experience and interest in support and operations, ideally in a large enterprise environment with multiple cross-functional teams;\nSolid experience designing CI/CD pipelines with Terraform, including designing and maintaining modules that facilitate pipeline adoption and reuse;\nExperience using artificial intelligence in an enterprise or software development context (ML, GenAI, and AI agents);\nBilingual (French and English): Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.\nNo Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada\nStrong assets:\nExperience with Dynatrace or similar application and service observability (APM) solutions;\nExperience with Elasticsearch or similar log management solutions;\nExperience producing and working with telemetry signals (traces, logs, metrics, events, etc.);\nExperience with IT service management (ITSM), configuration management (CMDB), incident management, and notification platforms;\nExperience defining KPIs and service level objectives (SLA, SLO, SLI);\nExperience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and OpenShift;\nExperience with networking, routing/switching, and cybersecurity infrastructure;\nExperience in Java, Python, and SQL;\nExperience with diagramming, dashboards, and reporting;\nExperience delivering team training and knowledge transfer;\nExperience in cybersecurity and vulnerability detection.\nCe poste jouera un rôle essentiel au sein de notre équipe. | This position will fill an essential role in our team.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer\nAt Intact, our Value of respect is founded on seeing diversity as a strength.
