However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.\nAbout the role\nJoin Partner Solutions (PSI) as a Specialist Security Advisor - Identity and Access Management (IAM). In this role, you will act as PSI’s go-to IAM subject-matter expert (strategy and implementation), with responsibility for defining, evolving, and ensuring consistency of IAM practices in a multi-client environment.\nWhat you'll do here:\nEstablish IAM governance mechanisms aligned with Partner Solutions’ overall strategy and objectives, as well as those of its clients.\n\nundefined\n\nEvaluate various technologies related to user account, privilege, service, and identity management, taking into account the organization’s specific requirements.\n\nPerform cost-benefit analyses for current and future technology solutions to support the IAM program roadmap.\n\nContribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing identity protection.\n\nOptimize the RBAC/ABAC attribute model in an IT and security managed services context to meet internal needs and those of Partner Solutions’ clients (IAM at scale).\n\nCollaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the evolution of an IAM solution.\n\nImplement and automate processes to strengthen identity management capabilities and improve the security posture of a multi-client environment.\n\nDocument IAM processes, workflows (architecture), and best practices, and ensure documentation is kept up to date, including during periodic reviews.\n\nundefined\n\nApply continuous improvement principles to IAM practices and associated processes, leveraging data-driven insights.\n\nWhat you bring to the table:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer/Software Engineering, and/or a specialization in Cybersecurity.\n\nAt least eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security.\n\nStrong command of cybersecurity principles and practices, and information technology.\n\nStrong command of IAM governance tools and concepts, including privileged access management (PIM) and provisioning/deprovisioning.\n\nStrong command of the Entra suite.\n\nProgramming experience with Power BI is an asset.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nDetail-oriented, structured, and able to work independently.\n\nStrong initiative.\n\nAbility to explain complex concepts to executive leadership in clear terms.\n\nPositive attitude, team spirit, and a desire to learn.\n\nDemonstrated commitment to training, self-learning, and maintaining technical cybersecurity skills.\n\nSC-300, CISM, or CISSP certification is an asset.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English) - Requires regular interaction with colleagues across the country.\n\nNo Canadian work experience required, but authorization to work in Canada is required.\n\nIl s'agit d'un nouveau rôle au sein de notre équipe en pleine croissance | This role is a new member of our growing team.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer\nAt Intact, our Value of respect is founded on seeing diversity as a strength.
