However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.\nAbout the role\nOur growing team is looking for a senior Product Manager for the Lab Claims Product!\nWhat you’ll do here:\nWork closely with the development team - IT Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers - as the stakeholder representative, and be responsible for delivering product roadmaps by prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog.\nAct as the liaison and facilitate communication between stakeholders and teams.\nMaintain open communication with team members to ensure they can meet the deadlines to which we have committed and provide up-to-date progress reports.\nPrioritize the team’s work with the support of the Scrum Master.\nCoordinate and communicate with Product Managers from other teams.\nParticipate in tribe ceremonies and team ceremonies.\nDefine the product vision and roadmaps.\nCreate Jira cards.\nDefine acceptance criteria for user stories.\nApprove completed user stories.\nAssist managers with inter-team dependencies in order to remove impediments.\nWhat you bring to the table:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience as a Product Manager.\nExcellent knowledge of agile methodologies.\nExperience in mobile product management, including defining features, prioritizing the product backlog, and coordinating development teams.\nProficiency with Jira, Teams, and Confluence.\nProduct Manager certification (CSPO) considered an asset.\nAbility to deliver impactful presentations and facilitate workshops.\nAbility to lead a team and facilitate daily stand-ups and prioritization workshops.\nVery good understanding of the technical aspects related to design and development.\nBilingualism (French and English) - Need to interact regularly with colleagues from across the country.\nNo Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.\nProfile we’re looking for:\nSelf-motivated individual focused on problem-solving and achieving results.\nStrong planning and project management skills.\nDiplomacy, ability to influence, and ease in developing and maintaining relationships.\nPositive attitude, creativity, analytical mindset, and curiosity.\nCe poste jouera un rôle essentiel au sein de notre équipe. | This position will fill an essential role in our team.\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer\nAt Intact, our Value of respect is founded on seeing diversity as a strength.
