Data and AI ecosystem.\nFoster alignment across multiple product teams through reusable patterns, reference architectures, common services, and shared architectural approaches that accelerate delivery while reducing complexity.\nLead technology assessments, proof of concepts, and build-versus-buy evaluations to support strategic technology decisions and platform investments.\nPerform risk challenge assumptions and guide teams toward better outcomes.\nWhat you bring to the table:\nExperience:\n10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, or related technology leadership roles.\nProven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data-driven solutions in cloud environments.\nTrack record of successfully leading architecture for complex, cross-functional initiatives.\nFor candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country. \nNo Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.\nData & AI architecture expertise:\nExperience designing modern Data and AI architectures\nStrong understanding of data platform architecture, data integration patterns, and large-scale data processing.\nExperience defining architecture patterns for AI and ML solutions, including experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and operationalization.\nFamiliarity with GenAI architectures, orchestration frameworks, retrieval patterns, AI agents, and model integration approaches.\nExperience with AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Databricks, Apache Iceberg, LangChain and LangGraph, Snowflake.\nCloud and engineering foundations:\nStrong knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture patterns.\nExperience with event-driven architectures, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, MLOps, observability, and automation practices.\nLeadership and collaboration:\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nStrong experience working with Agile product and delivery teams.\nNatural collaborator who enjoys mentoring others and building consensus around architectural direction.\nAbility to influence technical decisions across multiple teams and organizational boundaries.\nAbility
