Our users vary from small local independent stores to national retail chains, petrol stations and catering restaurants.\nThe Role\nIntale is now seeking an Junior Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team.\nYou will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and providing support to our accounting partners and financial officer.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and keeping track of financial records\nAssist in month-end and year-end closings\nReconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable\nAssist in the preparation of financial reports\nAssist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements\nEnsure compliance with accounting principles and company policies\nReconcile customer and suppliers balances, verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues\nTrack, classify and record warehouse movements\nPerform day to day payments of various expenses and suppliers\nCreate and update records and databases with personnel, contracts, financial and other data\nTrack stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary\nMake travel arrangements when necessary\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field\nKnowledge of ERP software (ideally Epsilon Pylon) and MS Office (especially Excel)\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to work effectively in a team and independently\nGood understanding of accounting principles\nKnowledge of Greek tax regulations is a plus\nNative Greek Speaker is required\nVery good knowledge of English language\nBenefits\nOur people mean the world to us, and we only recruit the best.
