Being on the Intangles’ Embedded team means building the future of innovation and growth through cutting edge AI infused hardware platform.\nThe minimum requirements we seek:\nB.E/B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree.\nA minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in developing firmware with a focus on Linux-based systems.\nProficient in C/C++ programming languages and scripting languages like Python.\nStrong understanding of Linux kernel, device drivers, and real-time operating systems, including schedulers, concurrency, and memory management.\nFamiliarity with communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, UART, TCP/IP, Modbus, Ethernet.\nFamiliarity with common electronic components and comfort reading circuit design schematics and contributing to hardware design discussions.\nExpertise with bench electrical engineering tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers.\nExperience with Yocto Project or other build systems for embedded Linux.\nKnowledge of security principles in embedded systems.\nAbility to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.\nExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills.\nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262).\nKnowledge of RTOS is a plus.\nFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to document technical designs and solutions.\nA system approach to design and development with the desire and curiosity to strive for exceptional delivery execution and continuous improvement.\nDeliver high-quality embedded C code in a real-time safety-rated environment.\nDesign, develop, and maintain embedded Linux software solutions for automotive applications.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.\nImplement and optimize device drivers, kernel modules, and middleware components for embedded systems.\nEnsure compliance with coding standards and automotive industry regulations.\nDebug and bring up hardware prototypes using debuggers, logic analyzers, and custom tooling.
