Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor to create high-quality visual content

for B2B technology audiences across the UK and North American markets.

The role involves both static design and video production. The candidate should be

comfortable creating campaign creatives, marketing collateral, product videos, social content

and motion graphics while managing multiple deadlines and stakeholder feedback

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, paid advertisements, emailers,

landing pages and internal communication.

• Create brochures, one-pagers, case studies, presentations, infographics and event

collateral.

• Edit product videos, feature videos, advertisements, testimonials, event videos and

social-media clips.

• Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, lower-thirds and other branded video

elements.

• Convert briefs and technical information into clear and engaging visual communication.
• Resize and adapt assets for different platforms, formats and regional requirements.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Prepare print-ready and platform-ready files with the correct dimensions and

specifications.

• Manage project files, versions, editable source files and final exports.
• Work with marketing, product, sales and other internal teams.
• Incorporate feedback and deliver work within agreed timelines.
• Use company-approved AI tools for ideation, image cleanup, resizing, layout variations,

subtitle drafts and production support.

• Review all AI-assisted output and follow brand, copyright, privacy and confidentiality

requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-6 years of experience in graphic design, video editing or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio covering both static design and video or motion work.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Working knowledge of Figma is preferred.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, colour, composition and visual

hierarchy.

• Strong video-editing, pacing and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating content for digital marketing and business audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in UK business hours, with occasional overlap for North American

meetings or priority campaigns.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a B2B SaaS, technology or enterprise organisation.
• Experience creating product demos, explainer videos or interface-led videos.
• Experience working with international stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools.
• Basic knowledge of sound editing, colour correction or data visualisation.

Education

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design,

Animation, Multimedia or a related field is preferred. Practical skills and portfolio quality will be

prioritised over the candidate’s institution.

Portfolio Requirements

Applicants must share a portfolio or showreel containing:

• Digital or social-media creatives
• Marketing collateral
• At least two edited videos
• At least one motion-graphics or animation project
• B2B, technology or product-related work, where available
