after pre-assembly.\nInward Material Rejection\nUpdate the rejection summary supplier-wise and material-wise in the rejection sheet for any rejected material.\nCalculate supplier PPM and prepare monthly trends supplier-wise and material-wise for actual tracking and audit purposes.\nSend an email to the supplier regarding any inward material rejection.\nObtain an 8D report from the supplier for every rejected material.\nVisit the supplier's premises if parts are rejected due to major issues, for improvement activities, or for trials, if required.\nMaintain records of inward rework and material on hold.\nSegregate incoming material supplier-wise or internally in case of urgency.\nSend monthly performance reports to every supplier.\nIncoming Process Documents\nPrepare and update all incoming master checklists as required.\nPrepare and update the sampling plan.\nEnsure that drawings for all inward materials are available.\nImprovements\nInitiate Kaizen activities whenever possible.\nInitiate corrective actions for incoming material issues whenever possible.\nStore\nMonitor whether the store follows the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.\nEnsure that a FIFO sticker is affixed to each box.\nOthers\nFill out the deviation report, if applicable.\nFill out the engineering change document, if applicable.\nPackaging List\nVerify the packaging list against the batch material.\nEnsure that all parts listed in the packaging list are available and included in the BOM and alternate sheets.\nUpdate the packaging list after material verification.\nIn-house Hardware Changes\nPerform 100% verification of the PCBA after in-house hardware changes.\nAdd a sticker/signature after
