policies and procedures.\nEnsure regulatory compliance for the products and meet the requirements of the countries we want to operate in.\nUnderstand the concept of diverse certification and the various steps you need to take in order to comply\nObtain the approvals, permits, import certificates, export certificates and licenses that you need for your products.\nDrive prompt, thorough and consistent adherence to enterprise-wide regulatory & statutory compliance requirements and expectations.\nWork with global trade management systems, like SAP GTS and Integration Point to ensure that all export and duty management/FTZ related data is maintained and accurate and that processes are correct\nCollaborate with the Legal department on obtaining applicable export licenses •Prepare, submit, negotiate and assist in the implementation of Export Compliance Management Plans (ECMPs), Technology Transfer Control Plans (TTCPs) and\nTechnology Control Plans (TCPs)\nDesired Qualification, Experience, Skills:\nAny Graduate (BE Mech/ E&TC with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain preferred).\nMinimum 2 to 4 years of experience with export regulations in a capacity of electronic/ wireless product compliance, international or global trade, or similar operations is required\nKnowledge on International certification & testing is a must.\nProduct Export Classification knowledge is necessary\nMonitor regulatory developments and ensure regulatory requirements are met within the Company\nExcellent communication
