Joining Intapp in Lisbon provides a unique opportunity to help shape the new flagship development center and contribute to high-impact projects in a thriving tech environment.\nWhat you'll do:\nHelp operate and maintain a Kubernetes-based platform for AI workloads, including LLM gateways, agent and tool-integration gateways, and agent runtimes.\nImplement and maintain infrastructure as code and GitOps workflows under the guidance of senior team members.\nAssist with onboarding and configuring access to cloud-hosted foundation models across multiple providers.\nBuild and improve dashboards, alerts, and runbooks for AI workloads.\nHandle day-to-day operational tasks: deployments, upgrades, access requests, and troubleshooting.\nContribute to automation that reduces manual work (scripts, CI/CD pipelines, internal tooling).\nSupport internal product teams with documentation and first-line technical questions.\nWhat you’ll need:\n1-2 years of experience in DevOps, platform, SRE, or cloud engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience).\nWorking knowledge of Kubernetes (deployments, services, config, basic troubleshooting).\nFamiliarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and Git-based workflows.\nHands-on experience with at least one major cloud (Azure or AWS).\nBasic understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, traces) and tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.\nScripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go) and exposure to CI/CD pipelines.\nWillingness to learn and to ask questions.\nNice to have:\nExperience with GitOps tooling (Argo CD, Flux, or similar).\nExposure to LLM gateways, LLM observability tools, or managed model services from major cloud providers.\nFamiliarity with agent frameworks and tool-integration protocols such as MCP.\nBasic understanding of cloud security practices: secrets management, RBAC, network policies.\nPersonal or academic projects involving LLM applications or AI tooling.\nWhat we offer at Intapp:\nOur culture at Intapp emphasizes accountability, responsibility, and growth.
