Join Intapp, a growing public company, as a Corporate Development Associate. In this role, you will support the origination, execution, and integration of M&A transactions across the company's business units. You will conduct in-depth market research, build and analyze financial models, manage the due diligence process, and prepare communications for senior executives. This position offers significant exposure to senior leaders and career progression potential.
Missions
- Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitive research to inform the inorganic strategy and assess M&A opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and analyze financial models (e.g., DCF, LBO, pro-forma projections, comps) to assess M&A opportunities and support the end-to-end M&A process.
- Manage a comprehensive due diligence process that involves close collaboration across multiple functions, and prepare written communications and presentations to key senior executives.
Profil recherché
- Private Equity and Corporate Development experience also considered- Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable context-switching in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex transactions and lead cross-functional workstreams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to convey complex analysis to senior leadership
- 3-5 years of total professional work experience
- Resourceful, persistent and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years in Investment Banking as an Analyst
- Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving and communications skills
- You are local to our Palo Alto or New York office to work there up to 3 days a week
- Highly proficient in performing rigorous financial, valuation and broad quantitative analyses with a deep understanding of accounting and operational KPIs
- Experience working with technology companies a bonus
