You will own the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution for these capabilities, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams to turn customer needs into shipped product that drives measurable adoption.\nWhy this role\nThis role matters because these capabilities are where DealCloud's value compounds. When firms can automate their workflows and connect DealCloud cleanly to the rest of their technology, every other part of the platform becomes stickier and more valuable. You'll own a roadmap that touches nearly every DealCloud customer, work directly with the teams that build and sell the product, and have real ownership over a focused, high-impact area.\nFor the right person, this is a chance to own a meaningful slice of a market-leading platform, go deep on the technical and workflow problems that make or break a client's experience, and grow your product craft in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where sound judgment and customer focus directly drive success.\nAbout the candidate\nA successful candidate is curious, organized, excellent communication and energized by solving problems that sit between people, process, and systems. You're comfortable with ambiguity, you move work forward proactively, and you enjoy getting into the details - how a workflow actually runs, where data needs to go, and what trips users up along the way.\nYou balance strong analytical thinking with genuine customer empathy. You can talk to a firm about their process, translate what you hear into clear requirements, and work with engineers on how it gets built. Your communication is clear and precise, and you build trust with the teams and stakeholders you work with.\nYou care about measurable impact. You prioritize based on evidence, you're honest about trade-offs, and you keep the customer's outcome at the center of the decisions you make.\nWhat you will do\nOwn the roadmap for a set of capabilities that let firms automate their workflows and connect DealCloud to the systems around it, translating customer needs and business goals into a clear, prioritized plan.\nPartner daily with Engineering and Design to define requirements, make scope and trade-off decisions, and ship high-quality product that customers adopt.\nTalk regularly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand how firms configure, automate, and integrate their work, and turn those insights into product improvements.\nWork closely with go-to-market, Product Marketing, Support, and Sales teams to launch capabilities well and ensure customer issues are surfaced, prioritized, and addressed.\nDevelop a deep understanding of how these capabilities fit within DealCloud and interact with other Intapp products, so your decisions strengthen the platform as a whole.\nDefine and track the metrics that tell you whether your area is delivering value, and use them to guide what you build next.\nWhat you will need\nProduct management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally on platform, workflow, or integration capabilities.\nA track record of taking features from concept through launch to customer adoption, working hand in hand with engineering teams.\nTechnical fluency sufficient to reason about system integrations, data flows, and the logic behind configurable workflows and automated processes - you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable in technical conversations.\nStrong analytical skills and a habit of grounding decisions in customer evidence and data.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to build alignment across diverse teams.\nComfort operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities evolve and judgment matters.\nWhat you will gain\nAt Intapp, you'll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
