Senior Engagement Managers manage a portfolio of concurrent client engagements, serve as trusted advisors to client executive stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Intapp’s delivery methodology. This role is expected to model delivery excellence.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead delivery of complex, high-value enterprise client implementations, managing engagements across multiple clients concurrently with full accountability for budget, timelines, scope, and quality commitments on each. \nCoordinate and lead internal resources, third-party vendors, and partner organizations across complex global delivery models, making real-time resourcing and prioritization decisions to maintain delivery momentum. \nDefine deliverables, roles, and responsibilities across project teams and, where applicable, provide coaching and day-to-day guidance to Engagement Managers on the account, supporting their professional development and delivery quality. \nTrack and analyze project scope, schedule, and financial performance across engagements, identifying risks and variances early and driving agreement on mitigations; exercise independent judgment on commercial decisions including change orders and scope adjustments within delegated authority. \nNavigate escalations and complex client situations with executive-level stakeholders on both the client and Intapp sides, developing and executing recovery plans that protect relationships and delivery outcomes. \nBuild and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client executive stakeholders, proactively managing satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand the value Intapp delivers; generate referenceable outcomes that support sales and renewals. \nChampion Intapp’s delivery methodology and data quality standards, and actively contribute to process improvement by identifying patterns across engagements and sharing recommendations with delivery leadership. \nClose out engagements with rigor, passing project deliverables and documentation to operations and capturing lessons learned to improve future delivery. \nWhat You Will Need:\n8+ years’ proven experience in a Project Manager or Engagement Manager role delivering enterprise cloud software implementations, including at least 3 years managing high-complexity, high-value engagements in the legal, financial, or professional services sectors. \nDeep understanding of enterprise cloud software delivery, SaaS implementation patterns, and complex integrations; able to advise clients and internal teams on delivery approach and architecture tradeoffs. \nDemonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority across large, distributed, matrixed teams; models the delivery culture of the organization. \nBachelor’s Degree. \nStrong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to work well with large and diverse virtual matrixed teams. \nAbility to work under pressure and diffuse conflict without confrontation. \nExperience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance. \nExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nSolid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills. \nExperienced user of MS Office toolset. \nWhat You Will Gain:\nAt Intapp, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
