You will be leading a team of engineers and consultants and collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of software products while maintaining a client-centric focus.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead a technical delivery organization comprised of both integration and data migration teams, managing the leaders of these teams and having ultimate accountability for the success of Technical Delivery.\nProvide guidance, mentorship, and career development and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture where team members are motivated, aligned, and empowered to succeed.\nManage resource allocation and staffing, ensuring the right skills are applied to the right client engagements.\nProvide leadership during client project escalations, ensuring issues are addressed swiftly and effectively.\nOversee the end-to-end technical delivery of client projects, from scoping and design to implementation and post-launch support, ensuring that all technical deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with client expectations.\nCollaborate closely with broader services team leadership, project managers, product managers, and client success teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration with client systems.\nProvide hands-on technical leadership when needed, such as troubleshooting complex issues, guiding technical teams through challenging problems, or reviewing code and configurations.\nContinuously evaluate and improve technical delivery processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and improve overall quality of delivery.\nEstablish and maintain technical delivery frameworks and methodologies to ensure a consistent and predictable approach to client implementations.\nStay current on emerging SaaS trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate new techniques and solutions into technical client delivery.\nCommunicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, providing project updates, risk assessments, and success metrics.\nWhat you will need:\n10+ years of experience in SaaS professional services, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing managers of technical delivery teams.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\nStrong experience with cloud-based solutions, integrations, and technical delivery in a professional services capacity.\nProven experience managing and delivering complex cloud-based software projects.\nStrong background in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Dell Boomi, Google Cloud), software architecture, and SaaS delivery models.\nExceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to manage stakeholder expectations and balance competing priorities effectively.\nUnwavering commitment to client quality and successful client engagements.\nWhat you will gain\nAt Intapp, you'll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
