Solution Engineers contribute to multiple concurrent projects and are responsible for translating customer requirements into scalable, high-quality technical deliverables.\nWhat you will do:\nConfigure and implement Intapp solutions across client environments.\n\nDevelop and manage integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and Microsoft SQL Server.\n\nTranslate business requirements into logical workflows and technical configurations.\n\nPerform data mapping, configuration, validation, and issue troubleshooting.\n\nManage multiple implementation projects, ensuring alignment with scope and timelines.\n\nConduct client-facing workshops and configuration walk-throughs.\n\nAnalyze root causes of integration and system-level issues, including third-party APIs.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to improve delivery processes and reusable assets.\n\nDeliver administrative training and knowledge transfer to client users.\n\nMaintain documentation and ensure implementation quality standards are upheld.\n\nWhat you will need:\n3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, operations, or support roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including the ability to write, interpret, and troubleshoot complex queries, joins, and data transformations across relational structures.\n\nProficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and system integration patterns.\n\nProficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C#.\n\nWorking knowledge of Regular Expressions (RegEx) for parsing and transforming data.\n\nFamiliarity with Boomi or comparable integration platforms.\n\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\n\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent workstreams.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\n\nBachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.\n\nNice to have:\nExposure to enterprise systems such as billing, HR, CRM, DMS, or telephony.\n\nExperience with Microsoft IIS, Exchange, or similar operational infrastructure.\n\nFamiliarity with Intapp solutions.\n\nBoomi Associate Developer Certification.\n\nExperience using issue tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).\n\nPrior experience delivering client onboarding sessions or administrative training.\n\nWhat you will gain:\nAt Intapp, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
