In this team, Operations is part of writing the strategy\nWe already run AI agents and automated reporting. The growing weight of partners and the pace of AI leave plenty still to shape, and your input will count.\nWhat you will do:\n1. Shape partner strategy through data\nShape data architecture across all 150+ partnerships: internal processes, measurements, definitions and reporting \nDefine the analytical logic behind partner performance, and how definitions evolve as the ecosystem changes: versioning, approval and communication\nOwn ecosystem wide dashboards, weekly activity reports, pipeline rollups and executive ready materials, and automate how they are produced\nGive partner leadership the analytics to decide which partners we back, how we tier them and how we shape the commercial model. Your analyses have direct strategic impact \n2. Drive Data & Technology partner operations\nImplement, optimize and maintain processes across the Data & Technology partner lifecycle: program deployment, co-delivery and co-sell operations, performance tracking, monetization models\nOwn D&T data usage reporting and turn it into insight on where to optimize the portfolio and drive revenue growth\nSupport analytics to align with Product on how D&T partners fit the platform, and keep sales, marketing, services, IT, legal, and finance moving in the same direction\n3. Evolve Partner Ecosystem AI tools\nWe already run AI agents and automated reporting. Drive the continuous innovation of new solutions, prototype fast, test with real colleagues, keep what works, drop what does not\nBuild toward predictive: early signals on partner performance, co-sell opportunities and emerging risk, before they show up in the numbers\nBuilt on the data foundation you lead and the reliable AI standards you help set. This is where you become the colleague who contributes significantly to the roadmap\nWhat you will need:\nAnalytical mind: 4+ years in analytics, data strategy, business operations or a similar analytical role. You structure data, define metrics, reconcile disconnects, spot trends and build reporting that leadership trusts and acts on. Proficient in Excel, BI tools and data analysis techniques, comfortable with large datasets, formulas and dashboards, and with scripting data workflows where needed \nNot afraid to own: You take ownership end to end, create structure where none exists yet, and make complex, cross functional processes run cleanly and repeatably\nDiligent eye: You are detail oriented and know how operational rigor, such as clean attribution, accurate reporting and reliable processes, translates into revenue and partner experience\nKeen to play with AI: You want to use AI and automation to eliminate manual work, improve data quality and scale operations beyond what headcount alone can achieve\nVersatile comms: You adapt naturally across audiences, from partner managers and sales to finance, product and senior leadership, and turn operational detail into executive ready narratives. \nPreferred, and a plus (None of this is required.
