The Engineer shall provide engineering, troubleshooting, maintenance and modification support for DCS, ESD/SIS, PLC within the assigned facilities.\nThe role shall ensure high availability, reliability and integrity of Schneider DCS/SIS platforms (Foxboro & Triconex) along with Rockwell PLCs (ControlLogix/CompactLogix/MicroLogix, etc,), associated controllers, I/O, networks, engineering stations, operator interfaces, historians and system interfaces, while maintaining configuration control and approved software baselines.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSite Work:\nExecute site works including installations supervision, commissioning & startup activities.\nConduct Site Surveys as per project requirements.\nCollaborate with project teams to ensure successful integration of automation solutions.\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to automation equipment promptly.\nPerform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure system reliability.\nProvide on-site and remote technical support.\nDesign and Engineering:\nHardware designing & implementation for specialized Control Systems including DCS, SIS & FGS.\nAwareness and conceptual understanding of major industrial standards being followed.\nUnderstanding of major instrumentation being used and clarity on the working principle\nAbility to understand and gather required Information from customer specifications (including functional requirement specifications, P&IDs, C&Es, drawings, narratives, philosophies, etc.)\nHave carried out System Staging, Internal Testing & FAT\nDocumentation:\nMaintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, manuals, and documentation updates.\nCollaborate with the technical writing team to improve and develop service documentation.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to increase system efficiency.\nCollaboration:\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless project delivery.\nRequirements\nTo Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:\nBachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.\nMinimum 10 years’ experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or comparable industrial facilities, including at least 5 years specializing in Schneider DCS/SIS platforms.\nAdvanced experience in Schneider DeltaV & SIS engineering, configuration, diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance.\nAdvanced experience in Rockwell PLCs (ControlLogix/CompactLogix/MicroLogix, etc,) engineering, configuration, diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance.\nStrong knowledge of controllers, I/O systems, engineering/operator stations, networks and communication interfaces.\nExperience with DCS/SIS/PLC logic, graphics, alarms, interlocks, Cause & Effect and third-party interfaces.\nProven capability in system backup/restore, disaster recovery, configuration and software baseline management.\nExperience with FAT/SAT, commissioning, loop checking, functional testing and controlled system modifications.\nAbility to coordinate with OEM technical support and provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians.\nProficiency in CMMS, technical documentation, test records and maintenance reporting.\nOEM platform training and certification is highly desirable.\nFPSO/Offshore eperience will be preffered.\nWe Offer Competitive Benefits:\nGlobal Exposure: Opportunities to work on international projects and collaborate with global teams.\nCompetitive Compensation: A salary package that recognizes your expertise and contributions.\nHealth & Wellness: Comprehensive medical insurance for you and your dependents.\nLearning Opportunities: Access to training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance your skills.\nInclusive Environment: A workplace that celebrates diversity and fosters collaboration.\nWhy Join INTECH Automation Intelligence?\nAt INTECH, you will have the opportunity to work with a globally renowned industrial automation and digitalization technology company.
