This role is pivotal in delivering advanced industrial automation and control solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Manufacturing.\nAt INTECH, you will contribute to complex automation projects involving PLC, SCADA, DCS, SIS, FGS, OSI PI Systems, and Wellhead Automation solutions. You will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, from engineering and design to commissioning, troubleshooting, startup, and final handover.\nINTECH masters the art of Process Automation by delivering vendor-neutral, customized control, safety, and automation systems tailored to meet the needs of diverse industries. From wellhead automation and integrated control systems to industrial digitalization and plant optimization, INTECH’s solutions empower industries to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and performance.\nWhat You’ll Lead and Delive r\nExecute and supervise site activities including installation, commissioning, startup, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for industrial automation systems.\nConduct site surveys and prepare technical assessments as per project requirements.\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for PLC/SCADA-based systems.\nProvide on-site and remote technical support to customers and stakeholders.\nAttend emergency and on-call troubleshooting activities at customer sites.\nCarry out commissioning and startup activities for N2 and Air Dryer Packages.\nSupport OSI PI System integration and related activities.\nCoordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams during project execution.\nMaintain service documentation including timesheets, service reports, FAT/SAT reports, and technical records.\nParticipate in control system engineering activities including specification development, PLC/SCADA code implementation, testing, and commissioning.\nPerform hardware design and implementation for specialized control systems including DCS, SIS, and FGS.\nCarry out system staging, internal testing, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).\nInterpret customer specifications including FRS, P&IDs, Cause & Effect diagrams, narratives, philosophies, and technical drawings.\nDemonstrate understanding of major industrial standards, particularly SABIC and ARAMCO standards.\nLead project execution activities from Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) to commissioning and final handover.\nMonitor project schedules, technical deliverables, and site progress to ensure successful project completion.\nSupport technical clarification meetings with customers and vendors.\nAssist in technical decision-making, risk identification, and issue resolution during project execution.\nCollaborate with technical writing teams to develop and improve project and service documentation.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.\nConduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on automation systems operation and maintenance.\nMentor and support junior and local Control & Instrumentation engineers.\nPromote safe working practices and ensure compliance with company HSE requirements.\nRequirements\nTo Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.\n6 - 8 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Control Systems, and site execution activities.\nProven experience in servicing and maintaining automation systems, including but not limited to Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley, Yokogawa, Honeywell, and GE systems.\nHands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, DCS, SIS, and FGS systems.\nExperience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects, preferably aligned with SABIC/ARAMCO standards.\nExperience with Wellhead facilities, skids, Wellhead Control Panels, and Solar Systems will be considered an added advantage.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and customer management skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.\nWillingness to travel to client sites as required for project execution and support activities.\nValid driving license; KSA driving license will be preferred.\nRelevant technical certifications in automation and control systems will be an added advantage.\nProven experience in leading technical teams and supporting project execution throughout the project lifecycle.\nWe Offer Competitive Benefits:\nGlobal Exposure: Opportunities to work on international projects and collaborate with global teams.\nCompetitive Compensation: A salary package that recognizes your expertise and contributions.\nAnnual Bonus: Performance-driven rewards based on your gross pay to celebrate your achievements and contributions.\nHealth & Wellness: Comprehensive medical insurance for you and your dependents.\nLearning Opportunities: Access to training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance your skills.\nWork-Life Balance: Paid time off, including annual leave and holidays.\nInclusive Environment: A workplace that celebrates diversity and fosters collaboration.\nWhy Join INTECH Automation Intelligence?\nAt INTECH, you will have the opportunity to work with a globally renowned industrial automation and digitalization technology company.
