The primary responsibility of Hydraulic Technician is to ensure for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wellhead control systems, instrumentation, hydraulic, and electrical components in oil and gas production facilities. The role ensures the safe and efficient operation of wellheads, emergency shutdown (ESD) systems, and associated equipment, complying with industry safety and regulatory standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nElectrical & Instrumentation Responsibilities:\n Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain process control instruments, including pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters/switch.\n Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation issues.\nPerform loop checks, signal testing, and verification of field instruments.\n Install, maintain, and repair wellhead electrical components, including motors, actuators, and power distribution panels.\nTroubleshoot electrical faults in wellhead control panels, motorized actuators, and power circuits\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system documentation.\nHydraulic System Responsibilities:\nRepair, and troubleshoot wellhead hydraulic control systems, including High-Integrity Pressure Protection System (HIPPS), surface safety valves (SSVs) and subsurface safety valves (SSSVs).\nTroubleshoot hydraulic failures, leaks, and pressure-related issues.\nRead and interpret hydraulic schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings.\n Maintain and repair hydraulic power units (HPUs), emergency shutdown systems (ESD) for wellheads.\nExperience with hydraulic components, troubleshooting, and maintenance.\nRequirements\nTo Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:\nDAE Instrumentation/BS Electronics\n Minimum 3-4 Years of Industrial Experience\nIndustrial Experience along with Familiarity of Industrial Safety Standards is must.\n Oil & Gas and petrochemical experience shall be preferred\n Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia/transferable Iqama/driving license shall be preferred\n Ability to understand & Speak in English clearly.\nWe Offer Competitive Benefits:\n Global Exposure: Opportunities to work on international projects and collaborate with global teams.\n Competitive Compensation: A salary package that recognizes your expertise and contributions.\nAnnual Bonus: Performance-driven rewards based on your gross pay to celebrate your achievements and contributions.\nSite Allowance: Dollarized Site Allowance provided as per company policy to support your field assignments and on-site requirements\n Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical insurance for you and your dependents.\n Learning Opportunities: Access to training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance your skills.\nWork-Life Balance: Paid time off, including annual leave and holidays.\nInclusive Environment: A workplace that celebrates diversity and fosters collaboration.\nWhy Join INTECH Automation Intelligence?\nAt INTECH, you will have the opportunity to work with a globally renowned industrial automation and digitalization technology company.
