The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling materials, spares, and equipment from receipt through storage, preservation, issuance, return, and reconciliation. Ensure proper segregation, traceability, documentation, inventory accuracy, and timely availability for approved work activities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate receipt, inspection, identification, and documentation of materials, equipment, and spare parts.\nVerify received materials against purchase orders, delivery documents, specifications, quantities, and inspection status.\nMaintain appropriate quarantine, accepted, rejected, and released material segregation.\nControl storage and preservation of materials in accordance with manufacturer and Company requirements.\nMaintain accurate inventory records, stock balances, locations, and material status.\nIssue materials and spares against approved material requests, work orders, or authorized requirements.\nProcess and track material returns, unused items, damaged materials, and surplus stock.\nMaintain full material traceability, including tags, certificates, batch/heat numbers, serial numbers, and relevant documentation.\nMonitor critical, long-lead, warranty, shelf-life, and preservation-sensitive items.\nCoordinate with Procurement, Expediting, QA/QC, Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, and Company.\nUpdate and maintain CMMS/ERP material records, inventory transactions, and supporting documentation.\nMonitor stock levels and identify shortages, excesses, obsolete items, and replenishment requirements.\nMaintain warranty records, certificates, inspection status, and material dossiers as applicable.\nConduct or support inventory counts, reconciliation, stock verification, and discrepancy investigation.\nEnsure materials are handled and stored safely and comply with HSE, preservation, housekeeping, and Company requirements.\nRequirements\nTo Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:\nRelevant degree, diploma, or professional certification appropriate to the assigned function.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, including 3 years in Materials/Materials Coordination.\nHands-on experience in material receiving, inspection status control, storage, preservation, inventory, issuance, and returns.\nKnowledge of quarantine/released segregation, material identification, traceability, and stock control.\nExperience with CMMS/ERP systems, inventory transactions, material requests, and reconciliation.\nAbility to maintain records for certificates, serial numbers, batch/heat numbers, warranties, and preservation status.\nExperience handling critical spares, shelf-life items, and preservation-sensitive materials.\nAbility to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and documentation gaps.\nGood coordination with Procurement, QA/QC, Warehouse, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, and other teams.\nStrong documentation, organization, inventory control, and recordkeeping skills.\nKnowledge of Oil & Gas material handling, storage, preservation, HSE, and Company procedures.\nWe Offer Competitive Benefits:\nGlobal Exposure: Opportunities to work on international projects and collaborate with global teams.\nCompetitive Compensation: A salary package that recognizes your expertise and contributions.\nHealth & Wellness: Comprehensive medical insurance for you and your dependents.\nLearning Opportunities: Access to training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance your skills.\nInclusive Environment: A workplace that celebrates diversity and fosters collaboration.\nWhy Join INTECH Automation Intelligence?\nAt INTECH, you will have the opportunity to work with a globally renowned industrial automation and digitalization technology company.
