This role is pivotal in supporting Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems to enhance the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas systems. INTECH’s commitment to innovative designs and reliable systems ensures you will contribute to impactful projects in industries such as Oil & Gas and Utilities.\nOur Wellhead and Skids Solutions reflect our dedication to providing cost-efficient, fully autonomous systems that support operational excellence while meeting the highest industry standards in safety and performance.\nWhat You’ll Lead and Deliver\nDesign process for projects involving Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Separators, Process Skids, and Chemical Injection Skids.\nWork on Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Design for both brownfield and greenfield projects.\nDevelop essential documents such as the Basis of Design, Process Design Criteria, and Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).\nPrepare process datasheets for instruments, including flow instruments, control valves, and relief valves.\nConduct hydraulic calculations for pumps and compressors, as well as line sizing and blowdown calculations.\nPerform studies on hydrate formation, sizing of control valves, and PRV/PSV.\nParticipate in and execute recommendations from HAZOP, HAZID, PHA, SIL, and Risk Management studies.\nManage vendor and subcontractor relationships, ensuring effective inter-discipline coordination and customer conflict resolution.\nConduct technical bid evaluations, cost control, procurement management, and project management.\nPrepare technical reports, carry out design reviews, and engage in dispersion analysis, surge analysis, and dynamic simulations.\nEnsure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and hazard classifications.\nSupport proposal and tender preparation, working closely with the business development team for project bidding.\nTravel to customer sites within Pakistan and internationally as needed.\nRequirements\nTo Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:\nBachelor's or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering.\n2-3 years of design experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on brownfield and greenfield projects.\nProficient in the design of process equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and process skids.\nFamiliar with control valves, PRV/PSV sizing, and hydraulic pump and compressor calculations.\nExpertise in thermodynamics, fluid flow, and heat transfer concepts.\nExperience with tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation is a plus.\nStrong vendor management, inter-discipline coordination, and customer conflict resolution skills\nExperience in using the following modelling & simulation tools is highly desired: ASPEN HYSYS, ASPEN EDR (Shell & Tube / Air cooler), and ASPEN PLUS FLARENET, FLARESIM, PIPESIM, PIPENET\nCandidate should be motivated individual to learn new software applications and technologies for growth in multi skillset capacity.\nWe Offer Competitive Benefits:\nGlobal Exposure: Opportunities to work on international projects and collaborate with global teams. \nCompetitive Compensation: A salary package that recognizes your expertise and contributions. \nAnnual Bonus: Performance-driven rewards based on your gross pay to celebrate your achievements and contributions. \nSite Allowance: Dollarized Site Allowance provided as per company policy to support your field assignments and on-site requirements.\nIn-House Lunch: Delicious meals provided during work hours to keep you fueled and focused. \nHealth Insurance: OPD coverage for you and your parents, plus IPD coverage for you and your dependents. \nLearning Opportunities: Access to training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance your skills. \nWork-Life Balance: Paid time off, including annual leave and holidays. \nInclusive Environment: A workplace that celebrates diversity and fosters collaboration. \nWhy Join INTECH Automation Intelligence?\nAt INTECH, you will have the opportunity to work with a globally renowned industrial automation and digitalization technology company.
