This role is pivotal in supporting Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems to enhance the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas systems. Lead and Deliver\nEnsure projects are delivered within the approved budget, agreed quality standards, and defined timelines.\nDevelop detailed project and fabrication plans at a granular level, covering resources, activities, milestones, deliverables, and execution requirements.\nPlan and manage fabrication activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, drawings, schedules, and quality requirements.\nMonitor project costs, progress, and resource utilization to ensure adherence to the approved budget.\nEstablish project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and priorities in coordination with relevant stakeholders.\nIdentify potential project risks, cost overruns, schedule delays, resource constraints, and quality issues at an early stage.\nDevelop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project impact.\nCoordinate fabrication and project execution activities to ensure alignment with approved plans and project requirements.\nRegularly review project progress against planned cost, quality, and schedule targets and take corrective actions where required.\nEnsure effective coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Quality, HSE, and other project stakeholders for timely project delivery.\nTrack project milestones and deliverables and ensure timely resolution of issues affecting project progress.\nReview project requirements, specifications, drawings, and documentation to ensure proper execution and compliance.\nEnsure that fabrication and site execution activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures, specifications, and project requirements.\nManage project resources effectively, including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.\nCoordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and other project requirements.\nMonitor contractor and subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project scope, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements.\nIdentify deviations from the approved project plan and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, cost reports, schedules, and other project records.\nConduct regular project review meetings and communicate project status, risks, challenges, and recovery actions to management and stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with applicable engineering standards, project specifications, quality requirements, HSE procedures, and contractual obligations.\nSupport project close-out activities, including completion of documentation, punch-list clearance, handover, and lessons learned.\nRequirements\nTo Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12-15 years of overall professional experience, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, or project execution environments.\nMinimum 5-8 years of project management experience, specifically handling modular skid projects and large-scale fabrication/manufacturing projects.\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in the UAE, with strong familiarity with the local project execution, manufacturing, and business environment.\nStrong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, resource management, process optimization, and project information management systems.\nProven experience in developing and implementing detailed project and manufacturing execution plans.\nDemonstrated experience in establishing and optimizing manufacturing and project execution processes for large-scale manufacturing and fabrication operations.\nStrong understanding of project risk management, including risk identification, mitigation strategies, contingency planning, and corrective actions.\nExcellent vendor and subcontractor management skills, with the ability to evaluate performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.\nStrong customer-centric approach with proven experience managing and coordinating with international and global customers.\nExcellent leadership skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project objectives.\nStrong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong
