The selected candidate will be Responsible for providing Arabic-language security coordination and liaison for site activities, supporting access control, personnel documentation, authority coordination, and communication between Company, contractors, site stakeholders, and Arabic-speaking personnel.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate daily personnel, vehicle, visitor, and equipment access in accordance with site security requirements.\nPrepare and maintain access lists, security passes, badges, permits, and authorization records.\nCoordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel, vehicles, equipment, and contractors.\nVerify access requirements against approved personnel lists, work scopes, and site authorizations.\nMaintain accurate security registers, access records, visitor logs, vehicle records, and databases.\nCoordinate with Company Security, Operations, HSE, HR, Logistics, Contractors, and Project teams.\nSupport issuance, renewal, cancellation, and control of security passes and site access credentials.\nCoordinate security arrangements for deliveries, material movements, special activities, shutdowns, and project mobilization.\nIdentify and resolve access restrictions, documentation gaps, expired passes, and security-interface issues.\nMonitor daily access status and escalate unauthorized access attempts or security concerns.\nSupport personnel accountability, muster information, emergency access, and security-related communications.\nPrepare daily/weekly security reports, access summaries, registers, and status updates.\nMaintain controlled security documentation and ensure records are accurate, current, and traceable.\nSupport security incident reporting and coordinate required follow-up withSecurity.\nComply with theSecurity procedures, site rules, HSE requirements, confidentiality, and applicable regulations.\nRequirements\nTo Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:\nRelevant degree, diploma, or professional certification appropriate to the assigned function.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in industrial/site security, including 3 years on Oil & Gas sites.\nDemonstrated competency in security coordination, access control, site security administration, and liaison activities.\nProfessional Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal.\nEnglish communication capability sufficient for Company coordination, documentation, and reporting.\nExperience coordinating with authorities, security agencies, Company Security, contractors, and site stakeholders.\nKnowledge of access lists, permits, passes, personnel/vehicle records, and security documentation.\nExperience supporting mobilization, demobilization, visitor access, deliveries, and security arrangements.\nAbility to accurately communicate and explain security procedures, instructions, and incident information.\nGood coordination, communication, organization, and recordkeeping skills.\nStrong awareness of site security, emergency procedures, confidentiality, HSE, and Internal requirements.\nWe Offer Competitive Benefits:\nGlobal Exposure: Opportunities to work on international projects and collaborate with global teams.\nCompetitive Compensation: A salary package that recognizes your expertise and contributions.\nHealth & Wellness: Comprehensive medical insurance for you and your dependents.\nLearning Opportunities: Access to training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance your skills.\nInclusive Environment: A workplace that celebrates diversity and fosters collaboration.\nWhy Join INTECH Automation Intelligence?\nAt INTECH, you will have the opportunity to work with a globally renowned industrial automation and digitalization technology company.
