This role is pivotal in supporting Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems to enhance the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas systems. INTECH’s commitment to innovative designs and reliable systems ensures you will contribute to impactful projects in industries such as Oil & Gas and Utilities.\nOur Wellhead and Skids Solutions reflect our dedication to providing cost-efficient, fully autonomous systems that support operational excellence while meeting the highest industry standards in safety and performance.\nWhat You’ll Lead and Deliver\nSupervise all Instrumentation & Control activities at fabrication/integration site for Process Skids and associated package systems in accordance with approved project documents, specifications and drawings.\nVerify installation of field instruments, junction boxes, control panels, cabling, cable trays, terminations and instrument accessories against approved drawings and datasheets.\nReview and supervise implementation of approved I/O List, Instrument Index, Cause & Effect, Control Philosophy, wiring diagrams, loop drawings and termination schedules.\nWitness and verify PLC configuration and functional testing, including digital/analog I/O checks, interlocks, permissives, alarms, trips and shutdown logic.\nWitness and verify HMI functionality, including graphics, status indications, alarms, trends, setpoints, commands and operator interface functions against approved requirements.\nCoordinate and witness point-to-point checks, continuity checks, loop checks and simulated functional tests for instruments, PLC panels and associated package controls.\nVerify package control functionality, including applicable start/stop sequences, permissives, alarms, trips and safety interlocks.\nEnsure all internal testing is carried out in accordance with approved FAT procedures, inspection plans, Cause & Effect and functional test documents, with proper test records maintained.\nReview instrument installation for accessibility, orientation, impulse tubing, manifolds, supports, tagging and hazardous-area compliance prior to final inspection.\nIdentify instrumentation/control deficiencies, raise punch items or NCRs where required, and monitor corrective actions through closure before FAT and shipment.\nRequirements\nTo Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:\nBachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\n5-6 years of relevant experience in Instrumentation & Control engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, or project execution.\nStrong ability to read and interpret P&IDs, instrumentation drawings, hook-ups, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and termination drawings.\nHands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems, including understanding of logic, alarms, interlocks, permissives, and sequences.\nPractical experience in loop testing, cold testing, hot testing, functional testing, and commissioning.\nWorking knowledge of Burner Management Systems (BMS) is required.\nGood understanding of instrumentation installation, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting.\nProficiency in using I&C testing and calibration equipment and tools.\nExperience participating in or conducting FAT/SAT and internal system testing.\nStrong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and commissioning teams.\nWillingness to work at project sites and support commissioning and start-up activities as required.\nWe Offer Competitive Benefits:\nGlobal Exposure: Opportunities to work on international projects and collaborate with global teams. \nCompetitive Compensation: A salary package that recognizes your expertise and contributions. \nAnnual Bonus: Performance-driven rewards based on your gross pay to celebrate your achievements and contributions. \nSite Allowance: Dollarized Site Allowance provided as per company policy to support your field assignments and on-site requirements.\nLearning Opportunities: Access to training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance your skills. \nWork-Life Balance: Paid time off, including annual leave and holidays. \nInclusive Environment: A workplace that celebrates diversity and fosters collaboration. \nWhy Join INTECH Automation Intelligence?\nAt INTECH, you will have the opportunity to work with a globally renowned industrial automation and digitalization technology company.
