Lead and Deliver\nAdminister and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\nAdminister and support Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Groups, user provisioning, security settings, and administrative controls.\nDeploy, configure, administer, and optimize Microsoft Azure resources, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Monitor, and Azure security services.\nInstall, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, File Servers, Print Servers, Certificate Services, and Remote Desktop Services.\nDeploy, configure, and optimize VMware vSphere infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, virtual machines, clusters, storage, snapshots, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR).\nConfigure, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless infrastructure, QoS, and network segmentation.\nInstall, configure, and maintain Fortinet Firewalls, including security policies, SSL VPN, IPsec VPN, IPS, NAT, SD-WAN, web filtering, application control, and firmware upgrades.\nConfigure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Layer-2 and Layer-3 switching infrastructure, including VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, trunking, routing, ACLs, and switch security.\nConfigure, administer, and optimize Ruckus wireless infrastructure, including access points, SSIDs, authentication, RF optimization, roaming, guest access, and wireless security.\nImplement and maintain Microsoft security technologies, including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft Defender, endpoint protection, and security baselines.\nAdminister enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions, including Veeam Backup & Replication, Microsoft 365 Backup, Azure Backup, and disaster recovery testing.\nPerform infrastructure patching, firmware upgrades, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, preventive maintenance, and security enhancements across cloud and on-premises environments.\nMonitor infrastructure health, availability, capacity, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools, proactively resolving issues to minimize downtime.\nProvide Level-2 and Level-3 technical support while ensuring timely resolution of service requests in accordance with established SLAs.\nConduct root cause analysis for recurring infrastructure issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nLead infrastructure implementation projects, cloud migration initiatives, office IT deployments, technology refresh programs, and infrastructure upgrades.\nCoordinate with vendors, service providers, OEMs, ISPs, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and operational support.\nMaintain technical documentation, network diagrams, infrastructure standards, disaster recovery documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories.\nEnsure compliance with organizational IT policies, cybersecurity standards, ISO 27001 controls, and industry best practices.\nMentor junior engineers, review technical implementations, promote knowledge sharing, and drive operational excellence within the infrastructure team.\nRequirements\nTo Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.\n5-7 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure.\nMinimum 3 years of experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies.\nExperience administering Google Workspace environments.\nHands-on experience managing Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco enterprise switching, and Ruckus wireless infrastructure.\nExperience supporting geographically distributed offices and hybrid cloud environments.\nExperience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication.\nExperience working in ISO 27001 or other compliance-driven environments will be an added advantage.\nProven ability to lead infrastructure projects, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure secure, highly available IT environments.\nCompetencies\nStrong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace administration.\nAdvanced knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualization technologies.\nStrong understanding of enterprise networking, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, routing, switching, wireless networking, and network security.\nHands-on expertise with Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco switching technologies, and Ruckus wireless solutions.\nKnowledge of cloud security, identity management, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity best practices.\nExperience with backup, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and infrastructure monitoring.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and project coordination abilities.\nAbility to mentor team members and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nRelevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), VMware VCP, Fortinet NSE/FCP, Cisco CCNP, Google Workspace Administrator, or ITIL Foundation will be
