You will work alongside senior engineers and the sales team to draft quotations, size systems, and follow projects from enquiry to handover throughout quotation preparation, tehnical spec identification, vendor management etc.\n\nYour Growth & Impact\n\nDevelop practical sales experience by preparing real quotations and technical proposals for customers.\n\nBuild technical competence by learning pump selection, system sizing, and basic hydraulic calculations.\n\nExpand your professional network through field visits and interactions with suppliers and clients.\n\nGain confidence using common engineering tools and CRM workflows used in real projects.\n\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\n\nSales Support & Quotations\n\nPrepare clear, accurate quotations for pumps and accessories based on client requirements and standard pricing.\n\nCoordinate with suppliers to get component lead times and update quotation validity accordingly.\n\nFollow up on enquiries, log responses in the CRM, and escalate hot leads to senior sales staff.\n\nKeep pricing templates and product lists updated for quick reuse by the team.\n\nApplication Engineering\n\nSize pumps and basic system components using suppliers' curves and simple hydraulic calculations.\n\nCreate and revise basic piping layouts or sketches for indoor installations using provided drawings.\n\nWork with senior engineers to verify performance and ensure solutions meet client specifications.\n\nDocument technical assumptions and suggested operating points for each proposal.\n\nCustomer & Project Coordination\n\nParticipate in client meetings and site visits to confirm scope and collect technical data.\n\nLiaise with production and logistics to confirm delivery schedules and installation support.\n\nTrack order progress and keep customers informed until handover.\n\nSupport warranty or aftersales enquiries by collecting service details and passing them to the service team.\n\nRequirements\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nDiploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or final year student pursuing the same.\n\nApproximately 2 years of combined internship or work experience in mechanical, pump, or industrial sales support roles.\n\nPrior exposure to preparing technical quotations or assisting sales engineers is preferred.\n\nComfortable working in a small engineering team and learning on the job.\n\nHard Skills & Knowledge\n\nBasic understanding of pump types, pump curves, and system head calculations.\n\nFamiliarity with mechanical drawings and ability to read simple piping layouts.\n\nProficient with MS Excel for pricing worksheets and basic calculations.\n\nExperience with SQL tools, quotation templates, is an advantage.\n\nSoft Skills & Qualities\n\nClear communicator who can explain technical points to nontechnical customers.\n\nOrganised and detail oriented, able to manage multiple quotations and enquiries.\n\nCurious and coachable, open to feedback from senior engineers and sales staff.\n\nProfessional attitude with a practical, solution-focused mindset when on site or with
