You will drivestrategic initiatives to optimize our supply chain and contribute to the company's bottom line. Your leadership skills, market insights, and innovative approach will guide our procurement team in achieving excellence and ensuring a robust supply chain network. Responsibilities will include: \nYou adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. \nYou will generally work independently with occasional guidance from supervisors or mentors to evaluate, select, and apply standard purchasing techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications to existing specifications, procedures, and work instructions.\nYou will analyze requirements to place, cancel and/or reschedule purchase orders with approved suppliers.\nYou will consider changes in demand, changes in design, and supplier-driven changes to ensure appropriate supply to production. \nYou will request and evaluate quotes from suppliers that meet cost, delivery, quality targets, and specifications.\nYou will analyze, report, and forecast purchase price variance.\nParticipate in the annual budget process for purchases and standard costing.\nMaintain material flow in the supply chain, assuring that priorities are clearly identified to import, receive, inspect, and release raw material.\nYou will manage and forecast inventory levels to optimize raw material availability and working capital strategies.\nYou will report on supplier performance and initiate corrective actions per Supplier Quality Management system.\nDevelop and support initiatives for cost reduction and savings opportunities.\nYou will collaborate with Quality for the resolution and closure of corrective actions (CAPA), nonconforming material (NCMR), and return to vendor (RTV).\nYou will initiate and coordinate the loading of new suppliers in the ERP system, as well as update changes to existing suppliers.\nYou will collaborate with the Finance department to resolve issues of accounting, payment terms, AP holds, and resolution of payment to suppliers.\nYou may lead cross-functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and or complexity and may begin developing the skills to influence others to achieve goals.\nYou may perform other duties as needed and as directed by your leadership.\n\nHow youwill be measured:\nThe specific measures listed below may be subject to change and are not intended to be an all-inclusive list\nSafety is our highest priority; you will be an active supporter of the Integer EHSS programs. \nSupply Chain - Achievement of site Supply Chain KPI's\nYou will have defined Goals and Objectives specifying key projects and expected milestones to achieve. \nYou will support other site and company initiatives to further continuous improvement in the areas of cost, delivery, and quality. \nWhat sets you apart:\nYou earned, as a minimum, a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.\nCandidates who do not meet the education requirement may be considered with 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.\nProven track record of successful supplier relationship management, cost savings, and process improvement. \nYou work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nYou demonstrate the ability to lead team activities and act as a coach for other less experienced associates.\nYou have a functional understanding of the Supplier Quality Management System and support the framework through the procedures and interactions with Quality and suppliers.\nClear and professional communications to all levels of the organization are essential in this role, and you will have well-developed written and oral communication skills.\nYou maintain a calm demeanor that transcends the high energy, constantly changing production environment.\nYou possess a positive, can-do attitude with an underlying belief that failure is not an option.\nProficiency in procurement technologies, data analysis, and industry trends\n\nU.S. Applicants: Equal Opportunity Employer.
