Be an active member of the Integer team and work with all employees to develop a world class lean manufacturing system.\nAccountabilities include:\n· Perform all duties as assigned by Supervisor.\n· Adhere to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Job Breakdown Sheets (JBSs).\n· Complete and comply with all documentation as required in the documentation process.\n· Carry out asset care on equipment and set up machines in job specific areas.\n· Be involved in Continuous Improvement projects\n· Comply with quality standards and GMP pertaining to production (Cleanroom Areas).\n· Comply with gowning procedure.\n· Help maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring high standards of housekeeping, and control of chemicals (5S).\n· Comply with the Integer Ireland Limited behavioural standards.\nSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:\n· Must be able to communicate effectively with people inside and outside the Department presenting a professional, friendly and courteous image of Integer Ireland\n· Be conscientious with strong attention to detail.\n· Be quality focused with the ability to follow SOPs, and job breakdown sheets and have a diligent approach to documentation.\nMINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:\n· Leaving Certificate or equivalent Standard\n· Good communication skills (Oral and Written)\n· Basic P.C. skills an advantage.\n· Good timekeeping, attendance and performance record.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\n· Minimal as per operator role.\nMENTAL DEMANDS:\n· Must be a well organised individual with good interpersonal skills\n\nU.S. Applicants: Equal Opportunity Employer.
