This position provides leadership, technical direction, and development for maintenance technicians while ensuring equipment, facilities, and utility systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.\nThe role drives a maintenance operating model centered on preventive and predictive maintenance, structured problem solving, elimination of recurring failures, and data-driven decision making. The Maintenance Supervisor partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to reduce downtime, improve equipment effectiveness, increase maintenance productivity, and deliver sustainable business results.\nSuccess in this role is measured through improvements in reliability, planned maintenance execution, equipment uptime, cost effectiveness, workforce development, and the elimination of chronic equipment losses.\nKey Accountabilities & Responsibilities\nSafety, Quality & Compliance\nAdhere to and champion Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security, regulations.\nReliability & Asset Management\nLead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.\nImprove asset learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.\nMaintenance Planning & Execution\nLead maintenance planning and scheduling efforts to maximize labor utilization and equipment availability.\nEnsure maintenance work is prioritized according to business risk and operational needs.\nDrive schedule compliance and execution excellence across all maintenance activities.\nMinimize reactive maintenance through effective planning, PM optimization, and reliability improvements.\nEnsure asset information, spare parts, Bills of Materials, PM procedures, and maintenance documentation remain accurate and current within CMMS systems.\nTeam Leadership & Development\nDirectly supervise maintenance personnel and provide coaching, mentoring, and technical development.\nCreate a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and continuous learning.\nDevelop technician capability in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, precision maintenance, and reliability principles.\nEstablish clear expectations regarding communication, work execution, shift handoff, and professional conduct.\nSupport workforce planning, succession planning, and technical skill development initiatives.\nRecognize and reinforce behaviors aligned with proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.\nContinuous Improvement & Operational Partnership\nPartner closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing Readiness\nEnsure critical spare parts are identified, stocked, and managed effectively.\nOptimize inventory levels while minimizing maintenance and production risk.\nImplement 5S principles within maintenance operations and storeroom activities.\nEnsure maintenance tools, equipment, and resources remain organized and ready for execution.\nFinancial Stewardship\nDevelop and manage maintenance budgets and spending plans.\nMonitor expenditures and implement corrective actions when necessary.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs through improved reliability, recurring issue elimination, optimized inventory practices, and standardized work.\nSupport business cases and return-on-investment evaluations for reliability and capital improvement initiatives.\nPerformance Mechatronics, or related field preferred.\nMinimum Experience\nTen (10) years or more of progressive maintenance, reliability, or technical experience within a manufacturing environment.\nPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.\nMaintenance Supervisor Salary: $77,750- $103,400\n\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
