Coordinates the delivery, restock and inventory verifications of internal material requirements to ensure timely receipt of required material and efficient delivery of finished product to customers. Performs clerical and physical tasks for shipment and/or receipt of goods. May also perform assembly and/or inspection operations.\nAccountabilities & Responsibilities:\nAdheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. \nPerforms various duties necessary to ensure that accurate and proper inventory levels are maintained for \nmaterial, tooling and general supplies.\nOrganizes and maintains stock of direct materials and/or other components. Maintains chemical storage \nfacility.\nPrepares shipments and completes paperwork for outbound freight.\nRoutes incoming material to proper departments.\nReviews, documents, and checks incoming and/or outgoing shipment orders for accuracy.\nCompiles and maintains computerized records such as material inventory.\nAssists Operations planning by monitoring and verifying inventory levels and lost sequences and/or heat numbers. \nPackages finished good materials and generates shipping orders to ensure delivery to customers. May package assemblies for shipment.\nParticipates in purchasing activities, ensuring material is received within the required timeframe to meet schedules; may include ordering products directly or indirectly from vendors. \nCoordinates the gathering of components of inventory and documentation necessary to release the job to production, which can include tooling, fixturing, gaging, etc. and the various corresponding documentation necessary. Also ensures the prompt return of excess material, components and tooling.\nMay perform cycle counts on inventory classes and year end tasks associated with financial audits as well review of work area according to department audit sheet.\nMay be required to perform minor assembly functions, such as assembling component parts, performing minor set-up on machines, and visually and/or dimensionally inspecting parts and/or completed assemblies, \netc. May also be required to complete corresponding documentation.\nTimely and regular attendance.\nPerforms other functions as required.\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.\nMinimum Experience: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, regulated industry experience preferred\nKnowledge & Skills:\nSpecial Skills: \nStrong organizational skills. Strong computer skills.\nAbility to communicate and work with those inside and outside the department, handle multiple \nassignments and prioritize accordingly. \nAbility to follow appropriate department policies, procedures and practices\nSpecialized Knowledge:\nFamiliar with production procedures. \nHas thorough knowledge of procedures, work methods, and set-ups within the department.\nKnowledge of JDE system desired.\n\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success.
