Develops, designs, installs and maintains new processes, tests and/or control systems.\nAccountabilities & Responsibilities:\nAdheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.\nSets up and runs experiments and/or test apparatus.\nDesigns, recommends, assembles and installs equipment/apparatus and processes for product fabrication, research and development or analysis and testing.\nWrites instructions and trains personnel in proper techniques to utilize systems, equipment, and processes.\nPerforms complex troubleshooting; repairs, modifies and maintains systems and/or equipment.\nAnalyzes data, evaluates systems and processes and makes decisions regarding modifications, if necessary.\nWrites technical reports and other required documentation.\nInteracts with and advises other departments.\nAssigns or coordinates tasks of other technicians within group.\nPerforms other duties as required.\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum Education: High School Diploma or GED with 10-12 years relevant experience OR Associate’s degree in technical field\n5-7 years relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of experience\nSenior Engineering Technician Salary: $26.80/hr- $40.72/hr\n\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success. Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance.
