and investment decisions\n\nCommunicate infrastructure risks, outages, and delivery status clearly and proactively\n\nPerforms other duties as required.\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or with equivalent work experience.\n\nMinimum Experience:\n\n10+ years of IT-related experience in enterprise infrastructure environments\n5+ years of demonstrated people-leadership experience, including leading technical teams and managing performance, priorities, and development\n5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, engineering, or operations roles\nExperience working in customer service or technical service organizations preferred\nKnowledge & Skills:\nRequired\nStrong operational and execution leadership\nDeep technical knowledge across:\nNetworking\nServer and cloud infrastructureM365 / collaboration platforms\nEndpoint and device management\nWorking knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change)\nAbility to lead cross-domain architecture discussions\nVendor and MSP oversight experience\nPreferred\nExperience operating architecture review processes\nExposure to enterprise architecture
