Conduct / participate in testing the solution to ensure the solution meets functional and technical requirements \nLiaise with business users and support/resolve system issues\nLead system maintenance (review application patch, document test plan, and execute test scripts)\nParticipate in the process for collection of requirements and writing of validation documents\nFollow Integer standards for validation, project management and SDLC \nParticipate in and contribute to status and planning meetings\nEffectively communicate status, issue escalations & resolutions, and other events as required to all levels of Manufacturing and IT \nSchedule and facilitate meetings, document action items, follow-up to drive resolution\nCreate presentations to help communicate complex technical, organizational, and project concepts and status\nResearch and advise on the best technologies to leverage and / or approach to take in developing a system architecture or upgrades to install\nCapacity to see the big picture, develop plans and architectures with a global mindset\nAbility to account for project challenges on constraints including, risk, time, resources and scope\nAssist in the development of solutions roadmaps\nData & Analytics Specific:\nWork with the Data & Analytics team on data ingestion strategies for the new Data Lake (using ETL tools, flat file processing etc.).\nDevelop and maintain data management standards including documentation of current data sources, transformations and report specifications.\nDesign scalable and performant data integration workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF).\nOversee the setup, optimization, and usage of Snowflake as a cloud data warehouse platform.\nDevelop enterprise BI dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Microsoft Power BI, adhering to best practices for performance, usability, and governance.\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems or business administration\n3-5 years hands-on experience in the analysis, planning, designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and administration of a BI and Data Analytics solutions\nExperience with relational database concepts and flat file processing concepts\n3-5 years of Microsoft Power BI experience is required\nSnowflake (Cloud Data Warehouse) experience is preferred\nAzure Data Factory and SAP Analytics Cloud experience is preferred\n3 years of experience with using ERP systems (preferably Oracle) as a source for data & analytics solutions\nExperience in working with business stakeholders to understand business priorities and requirements\nKnowledge & Skills:\nModeling - Able to represent information using a combination of graphical and textual elements; able to choose the correct type of model for a set of information, depending on the type of information to be communicated as well as the audience who will consume the information.\nRequirements Analysis - Able to prioritize and elaborate stakeholder and solution requirements to meet the needs of the sponsoring organization and stakeholders.\nRelationship Management - Able to quickly create relationships and partnerships with stakeholders; be comfortable in a challenger role that, at times, requires building constructive tension in interactions.\nUnderstanding of Microsoft Power BI and/or other similar data visualization platforms\nPassion for data and analytics, translating data into insights, decisions, and actions\nAbility to understand and communicate the business impact of data analysis and recommendations. Desire to understand the “why” behind the numbers and able to simply explain complex analytical models.\nChange management skills and ability to operate effectively in fast paced environment\nSDLC and Project Management skills; familiarity with basic PM and SDLC methodologies\nAble to work with cross-functional teams to drive and influence changes and improvements \nExcellent written, verbal, team and presentation skills\nAbility to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users\nAble to work in a team environment that includes other architects / analysts, developers, and QA team\nAbility to lead change and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals\nSelf-starter, self-managed, quick learner, open-minded, problem-solver with a positive, collaborative, and team-based attitude\nPeriodic travel is required\n\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success.
