The program will effect change across the company, which will have a direct impact on optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and positioning Integer for continued success.Symphony is about having the right business processes in place supported by a single, modern, integrated ERP platform.\nWhat you’ll do in this role:\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Suite to join our ERP Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will play a pivotal part in the implementation of SAP and provide ongoing support and optimization of the platform post go-live. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge of Procurement processes, architectural design capabilities, and a strategic mindset to help shape the future of our ERP landscape.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead procurement transformation initiatives using SAP S/4HANA and Ariba suite (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Business Network).\nHelp optimize SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) processes including purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and material master data.\nManage full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA MM.\nDesign and implement procurement workflows aligned with best practices and digital capabilities.\nDrive vendor onboarding and enablement strategies, ensuring compliance and data integrity.\nImplement and support VMI and Consignment programs to enhance inventory visibility and supplier collaboration.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP implementation and change management.\nProvide expert guidance on procurement analytics, compliance, and continuous improvement.\nAssist with scoping prospective changes and advising business and ERP/IT leadership.\nExperience in project cutover, go-live, and hyper-care support.\nData Management activities: Data Extraction, Cleansing, Mapping, Migration, and Reconciliation.\nEnsure solutions adhere to internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit standards.\nDesign and implement seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.\nMaintain documentation of configurations, processes, and change management, using Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM and similar tools.\nBuild trust with Supply Chain leaders and business process owners and share best practices and past experiences that will help with decision making.\nCollaborative, empathetic, and committed to sharing ideas and knowledge with cross-functional teams, project team members and delivery partners.\nSupport change management and training initiatives to ensure user adoption.\nMentor and provide technical leadership to SAP project teams, consultants, and offshore delivery partners.\nAssess updates in Materials Management, Ariba and related modules and recommend improvements for efficiency and automation.\nWhat sets you apart:\nEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.\n\nExperience:8+ years of experience in SAP Procurement, with at least 3 years in Ariba Suite and S/4HANA Materials Management architecture and implementation. At least two full-cycle Ariba and S/4HANA implementations in an architect or lead role. Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.\nProven track record in large-scale ERP implementations, preferably in a global environment.\nExperience with Ariba downstream processes like Guided Buying, Catalog Management, and Invoice Management.\nMedical Device industry experience is a plus.\n\nSkills:Strong understanding of procurement business processes and how they translate into SAP solutions.\nStrong understanding of Supplier Lifecycle and Performance management processes.\nGood Understanding of VMI, Consignment and Outside Processing.\nStrong understanding of Ariba modules: Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Business Network.\nHands-on experience in configuration of SAP Materials Management for procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, and material master data.\nSkilled in data extraction, cleansing, mapping, migration, and reconciliation.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.\nExperience with Maquiladora setup is a plus.\nExperience with SAP Fiori, SimpleMDG, OneSource, WalkMe, OpenText, Cloud ALM, Signavio, Tricentis is a plus.\nKnowledge of SAP Activate Methodologies in a Plus.\nCertifications in SAP, preferably in Ariba and Procurement, is a plus.\n\nTravel\nThis position may require 30% or more of your time traveling domestically and internationally to Integer manufacturing sites, customer sites, and supplier sites, as required.\nAs such, you have a current passport and can secure appropriate visas, as required, for travel to international locations as specified.\nPreference will be given to US Citizens, EAD, and Green Card holders.\n\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success.
