Staying current on evolving fraud prevention techniques.\nLead and coordinate accurate and efficient processing of supplier invoices and related disbursements.\nCollaborate with Operations and Purchasing to resolve supplier invoice processing issues.\nOversee the monthly AP close process with the GL team, including internal/external audit support.\nLead and coordinate accurate and efficient regional payroll processing and related disbursements.\nCollaborate with regional HR to address associate compensation issues, including data integrity.\nSupport external audits and other ancillary processes that involve payroll data, inclusive of the GL close\nManage and train staff, develop skillsets, and maximize the engagement of team members.\nReport Monthly KPI and SLA on the Invoice Process, Payment, and Mailbox.\nEnsure the team's daily production goals and report on them.\nSpecial Projects as assigned.\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum Education: bachelor’s degree in business or Minimum of 7 years of experience in AP, Finance / Accounting, or related discipline.\nMinimum Experience: Over 5 years of accounts payable experience in a global, multinational, publicly traded company.\nKnowledge & Skills:\nTeam development, mentoring and motivational skills\nProblem solving to remove barriers\nAbility to effectively collaborate with cross-functional business partners, internal/external stakeholders\nDirect and clear written and verbal communicator\nStrong attention to detail with high level of accuracy\nCapacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\nExperience with Oracle\nFamiliarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)\n\nU.S. Applicants: Equal Opportunity Employer.
