Requisitos Principales

Educación

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Comercio Internacional o carrera afín.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en atención al cliente, cadena de suministro, administración de órdenes de compra o áreas relacionadas.

Conocimientos

  • Manejo de Oracle ERP.
  • Conocimiento de SAP (deseable).
  • Administración de órdenes de compra y listas de precios.
  • Gestión de bases de datos de clientes y proveedores.
  • Procesos de cadena de suministro e inventarios.
  • Inglés avanzado (indispensable).

  • Crear y administrar órdenes de compra de clientes en Oracle.
  • Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos de clientes, proveedores y listas de precios.
  • Dar seguimiento a pedidos para asegurar entregas oportunas y correctas.
  • Brindar soporte y atención a clientes internos.
  • Actualizar información en Oracle y portales de clientes.
  • Monitorear inventarios de acuerdo con contratos y requerimientos del cliente.
  • Elaborar reportes para apoyar la operación y la toma de decisiones.
  • Participar en implementaciones de Oracle y proyectos de mejora de procesos.
  • Apoyar en la gestión de datos maestros y sistemas electrónicos de solicitud.
