Experience with an ERP or other enterprise system implementation is a plus.\nExperience participating in a full project lifecycle is preferred. Exposure to SAP, Oracle, or another ERP platform is a plus.\nExperience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals) is a plus.\nKnowledge & Skills:\nSpecial Skills:\nProficient in MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and other PM tools.\nExperience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).\nProject management training or certification from an accredited institution is preferred (for example, PMI CAPM or PMP).\nGeneral understanding of business systems and project delivery; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or another ERP platform is a plus.\nFamiliarity with data migration, integrations, and legacy system decommissioning.\nKnowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise architecture\nEffective stakeholder coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and follow up on commitments.\nAbility to translate technical concepts into business language.\nBasic understanding of project budgets, forecasts, and business case tracking.\nWorking understanding of general business operations including sales, finance, operations, and purchasing\nSpecialized Knowledge:\nEffective project coordination, organization, and time-management skills.\nAbility to build productive working relationships and communicate technical concepts in business-friendly language.\nWorking knowledge of project delivery in cross-functional or multi-location environments; enterprise implementation experience is a plus.\nStrong oral and written communication skills, including preparation of clear status updates and presentation materials.\nAbility to manage detailed project activities while understanding overall project objectives.\n\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success.
